Build

Does not compile with the GNU compilers, load the Intel compilers instead.


modules loaded: 

export TAU_MAKEFILE=<path to TAU>/x86_64/lib/Makefile.tau-icpc-mpi-pdt
make FC=tau_f90.sh CC=tau_cc.sh LD=tau_f90.sh

Run: 

mpirun -np 12 ./emulate_MOC.x 1200 100  8 8  1 1 1 1  1.0  1 30  0 0
