Building TAU is easy
- For PDT
./configure make install -j
- For TAU
-arch=craycnl -mpi -pdt=<PDT location> -pdt_c++=g++ -useropt=-O3
To run interactively on Franklin (two nodes, eight cores):
qsub -I -V -q interactive -l mppwidth=8 cd $PBS_O_WORKDIR
Then to run:
aprun -n 8 ./a.out
